Decked Project

I have been asked to take part in the Decked Project in August 2009. The Decked Project is a fine and dandy collection of artists / illustrators / designers / tattoo artists and generally ink-stained fellows, with a show 25th-30th August at Stolenspace Gallery, London.

The exhibition aims to get back to the original and away from the mass produced, with 50 of today's best street artists, illustrators and designers each hand painting/inking/drawing one skateboard deck providing a vivid show packing a high powered visual punch.

The boards have been supplied by Faltown Skateboards an they are supper eco friendly. The boards have how they have been beautifully reshaped by Tristan Harris from Alternature, saving nearly four tonnes of maple wood and creating some really unique longboards and truly original canvases for the artists to get their teeth into!
